We own 170,000 m2 facilities with more than 2,000 employees. Our corporation R&D center works closely with the universities and national research institutes. It contains the chemistry analysis laboratories, the physics laboratory and welding laboratories. Our manufacture facility owns the advanced production equipments, up-to-dated instruments and the perfect evaluation and QC systems. We have ISO 9001:2002 certificate. The Yichen New-Type Welding Material Co. Ltd. was established in 2002. We focus on researching and manufacture flux cored wire products. We have 18 advanced manufacture line with the 50,000 ton/year production capability. We provide complete series of flux cored welding wire products with consistent quality, excellent performance and perfect process tenability. It includes Mild steel FCW, Low-alloy steel FCW, Stainless steel FCW, Self-shield FCW, Cryogenic steel and Weather resistance steel FCW, Heat-resistant steel FCW, Hard facing FCW, Submerged arc welding FCW. Over 100 grades of our products have been widely used in shipbuilding, machinery processing, bridge-building, steel-structure construction, metallurgical parts, pressure-resistance containers and pipeline used in oil and chemical industry.
