| 简介 | 凤城市东方增压器有限责任公司的前身是辽宁东方增压器（集团）公司，始建于一九四八年。根据市场经济制度的发展需要。公司于二零零二年三月转制为股份制民营企业，并于二〇〇四年一月迁址于凤城市丝绸厂工业园二区。目前，公司占地面积8000多㎡,建筑面积5100㎡,现有职工43人。工程技术人员13人,其中高级工程师4人；专业检测人员5人；经济类专业管理人员2人。生产设备51台套，检测设备13台套.公司以各类高精度数控机床为主的柔性生产线及安装试验车间，已具备年生产10万台份的零部件和5万台整机的生产能力。为了满足船机市场对涡轮增压器的需求，我公司生产的船用涡轮增压器于二〇〇二年十二月三日得到了中国船级社大连分社的型式认可证书（证书号DLT02130011图样批准号DLA02130029)。一九七六年开始生产涡轮增压器，是中国汽车工业总公司车辆用涡轮增压器定点生产的专业化企业，一九八三年和一九八八年通过重庆康明斯发动机有限公司和第二汽车制造厂（现东风汽车公司），从美国康明斯公司（CUMMNS）和英国霍尔赛特公司（HOLSET）引进了H1C、HT3B 、HC5A 、T-46、ST-50等型号涡轮增压器的生产技术和工程检验标准,并在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上,有研制开发了斯太尔系列、曼海姆系列、上柴D6114系列、锡柴6110系列、大柴6DE系列、朝柴6102系列、玉柴6108系列的四缸—十六缸发动机所匹配的涡轮增压器。可满足70—1200kw（90—1600ps）的各种汽车、工程机械、船舶和发电机组的柴油发动机的增压需要。公司先后被重庆康明斯发动机有限公司、潍坊柴油机厂、杭州汽车发动机厂、大连柴油机厂、朝阳柴油机厂、河南柴油机厂、淄博柴油机总公司、东风汽车公司、陕西北方动力公司等柴油机生产厂家确定为定点采购的配套企业。其产品多次获得“辽宁省名牌产品称号”。由公司高级工程师参与编写的《汽车柴油机涡轮增压器试验方法》和《汽车柴油机涡轮增压器技术条件》被国家列为行业标准，一九九九年五月由国家机械工业局正式发布。公司二零零五年由北京中大华远认证中心进行了IS9001：2000质量体系的换版。并按照CCS的具体要求。正将申请中国船级社质量认证公司的质量体系进行评估。与此同时，我公司正致力于ISO/TS16949：2002质量体系认证的前期准备工作，并以“顾客第一、质量第一、服务第一”的经营理念，不断引进国内外先进工艺和装备。打造民族工业的优质品牌，持续满足顾客需要！ |

Since 1983 and 1988 we have cooperated with Cummins engine company in Chongqing and Dongfeng Automobile. And we developed more than 110 types of turbochargers in 9 series for engines from 4-cylinders to 16-cylinders, which can be installed on diesel and gas engines of cars, ships, engineering machines and power generators from 70kw to 1200kw. Turbocharger CJ150 is developed for the gas engines which utilize the waste gas in coal mines, it brings the waste gas into energy resources and reduces the air pollution. CJ150 is an important supplement in the domestic market and already applied for the national patent. Our turbochargers CJ90B, H1C have won the honor of famous brand product in Liaoning Province, our company has won the title of famous brand and Hi-tech company in Liaoning Province. Turbochargers like CJ150B and CJ150C have applied for the national practical technology. Technical conditions for turbochargers installed on Diesel engine vehicles and Verification test of turbochargers installed on Diesel engine vehicles written by our expert has been used as the industry standard, and published in May 1999. Now our products have been exporting to the overseas market.
